A careers site that attracts talent

Companies are screaming for staff. A generic job page on your corporate site doesn't work anymore. You need a dedicated careers environment that establishes your employer brand and brings in the right candidates.

Why companies choose a separate careers site

Stop fighting for attention on Indeed

On job platforms, you're one of thousands. With your own careers site, you control the narrative. Show why your company is THE place to work.

  • Employer branding that resonates
  • Job listings you manage yourself or via ATS
  • Application flow that converts

FAQ illustratie

Everything you need to know in one minute

Pick the package that fits. For a fixed monthly fee design, development, maintenance and updates are handled for a 24-month agreement.

Included: strategy, design, development, copy, hosting, security, maintenance and updates. No deposits or setup fees. Not included: external licences, stock photography or ad spend. The price you agree on is the price you pay.

After 24 months you decide again, continue, stop or switch to maintenance. Your call. Renew? Free redesign. Want to keep your website and systems running? Switch to the maintenance subscription (from €150/month): hosting, security, monitoring and ongoing small changes, paste your request and it's often live the same day. Prefer to go independent? You take full ownership of your website and systems.

Early termination triggers a 50% fee on the remaining balance. If you'd like to transfer the site, the remaining amount must be settled in full.

All projects are built with standard technology (Nuxt/Vue), fully documented and hosted on enterprise platforms like Cloudflare and Github. Should anything happen, any developer can take over the project (you own everything). You're never dependent on one person.

Honest answer? You probably don't want to. Clients never log in. Why wrestle with a backend when you can just drop a change request in Trello? Sitelane handles it directly, that's part of the service. Want to manage things yourself in the future or switch providers? No worries. All content lives in open, readable text files under version control. You can always access it, without complex software. Bonus: no CMS means no database to hack. Your site is ultra-secure.

At most agencies, SEO is an afterthought. At Sitelane, it's the foundation. It starts with the tech: clean code, human-readable URLs and lightning-fast load times. But the real gains come from content. No shotgun approach on popular terms, but deep research into search intent. Sitelane hunts for 'low-hanging fruit': search terms where your competition is asleep, but your customers are actively searching. By creating smart landing pages for these terms, customers are attracted without you spending thousands on ads.

Two things. First: technology. Framer and Webflow produce beautiful digital posters, but as soon as you need functionality (quote flows, CRM integrations, intranet, automations) they hit a wall. Sitelane builds custom. Second: the relationship. At a Framer or Webflow agency the collaboration is demand-driven: you tell them what needs to happen, they wait and send a quote for every change. You become the project manager of your own web builder. At Sitelane it's supply-driven: I challenge you proactively, spot opportunities in your data or market and come to you with solutions. You focus on your business, I think ahead about your website.
